Purchase Guide

We offer free shipping on all the orders in Singapore. It covers almost all the commercial and residential area in Singapore, except some special region, such as the airport, restricted exhibition fair, etc. To make sure you enjoy our free shipping service, please fill in the delivery address in the order form, our customer service will confirm you about the final shipping fee (if any) before you make the payment.
We think highly of providing good service and your satisfaction to us, in case that you receive defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service, we will take full responsibility and arrange the product replacement at no cost to you.
Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized promotional items.
We need to prepare the material for productions, besides, we cannot resell the products after customization. Once the sales contract was established, you have to pay liquidated damages of 70% of the total contract amount for cancellation or termination of the order.
You may have free product samples with a maximum of 3 pcs, on offering a copy of the bizfile or a valid business email address (verification required).
