They can prioritize tasks by weekday with the five colored adhesive flag pads in pink, orange, yellow, green and blue. They can also leave notes on co-workers' desks with the 24-sheet adhesive notepad. A small recycled, unlined notepad and 80% recycled paper pen help them take messages on-the-fly. Medium-point black ink is standard for the pen.
