Institute for Tourism Studies
Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT), established in 1995, is a public institution of higher education that falls under the governance of the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, People's Republic of China. IFT delivers various programs at the executive level in partnership with leading tourism schools in the world. The Institute helped to publicize an advertising cookbook.
The advertising cookbook, the Art of Modern Portuguese Cuisine, was written by David Wong. "The Art of Modern Portuguese Cuisine" won the Gourmand Cookbook Awards 2012 for the Best Book for Food Professionals in Macao. It is available for sale at the IFT Educational Restaurant and Front Desk of Pousada de Mong-Ha.
